For the past few years I've been averaging about 6 hours a night, but it was never enough, so I recently moved up to 7-8.
I know there are people out there who get by just fine on 4 hours.
I tried to apply all my psychology knowledge to increase REM by timing cycles, taking multiple power naps, adjusting light/noise levels - I just can't do it.
How much do you guys sleep on average? Any special tricks to it or is it really all genetic?
