You don't think you lost any money today?

- Do you have any names that you bought and the DNS is still pointing to the previous owner's DNS parking?

- Did you check the contact information of your name(s) and make sure they are correct? Some one may send you an email to buy your name or they can't call you because the bogus phone number from Who Is.

- Did you list the names for sale, develop them or just let them sit there and waiting to renew?

I just pushed 425 names from one Godaddy account to another and guess what, some of the DNS have been defaulted to Godaddy parking pages. Isn't Bob rich enough?

I still get transfer authorizations for domains I no longer own.

Due to Dotster's flawed system (000domains is a reseller) - I still try to sell names I no longer own. I also forget to park many of my dormant names but do make a small trickle of money on some of my non-owned names via parking.

I love when you guys give me money... I always change the DNS immediately for myself... but I have several names people/companies buy at x,xxx+ yet don't develop them and just leave them pointed to my dns. I have 4 names from 2004 which is bringing some decent money. One name I sold last week made me $14 today. I won't get rich off of it... but damn it's kind of nice. (I later found out who the buyer was and it's HUGE so I don't feel too bad)

I have this issue.

Reason: I only have SEDO parking and I don't make any money from them.

That makes me feel, I am wasting my time when I spend time to park at SEDO.

I applied for Parked.com account a while back, did not hear from them sofar.

Requested Yahoo to see if they give me the parking option, their answer is we do not have that service.
-- Looks like I did not approach the correct department.

Any help in this matter is appreciated.

Thanks

my domains are all privacy protected. i would hope that people are intelligent enough to understand that they can contact the owner (me) through the proxy information provided by the whois guard. If this is not so then i am putting myself at a disadvantage. am i giving people too much credit, and does anyone suggest i remove privacy guards from all my domains so that people 'get it'?

i always assumed that only domainers would look up a name through whois and naturally understand how to best contact me. i also assume that end users do not know about researching domain ownership through whois. am i mistaken?

your advice is greatly appreciated.
