In the course of an hour an a half one of the people in my company:

- Called me 7 times
- Left 3 voicemails
- Sent me 5 text messages
- Sent me 10 emails

She was told by the other tech that I would replace her power supply (funny how he does that often).

Sorry, but
1) I have over 250 people I support, you're no more special than the rest
2) I need a ticket to look at a computer or any part of it and definately before I swap out a part
3) I was not even in the same county.

Edit: And how could I forget? Please do not diagnose your own issues or should you try to troubleshoot them.
