How to become verified?

I didn't know where to post this.

I remember seeing a link some time back with instructions on how to become a verified member. Can anybody share the details?

It appears the page that used to have to get verified no longer exists. This is why it redirects. PM impactadmin or one of the other admin's and they should be able to direct you. It requires paying a small fee and sending in a copy of your utility bill
