epik How to expedite/approve transfer-out at Epik

Hi,

not sure if it was already asked and answered..

Is there a way to expedite/approve an outgoing transfer at Epik.com like (almost) everywhere else?

Could not find this option in my account/transfer pages there.
There's also no such a link in the email that's sent by Epik when the transfer's initiated.

the name got sold somewhere else
so had to transfer out

asked for help via chat on the site
been served in minutes
the transfer was approved and expedited
very nice, Epik, thanks

ps. i understand that it's probably still a safety requirement to not let transfers get approved via the site or an email link
so for now it's ok to have thing done via chat.
