Snapnames NEVER gets .infos.... who snags them all up? Heard one of the droplisters has the market cornered on them.

Thanks for elaborating.... I've have never seen a order I have placed for a .info... EVER... been picked up at Snap Names.

They simply vanish and show up registered at enom.

"wrong" isn't good enough.

What is your problem man... I simply ASKED why Snap doesn't seem to get any and where else one might grab up some .info domains?

You seem to know it all... yet you have answered NOTHING.

I've gone through some 50 plus .info attempts at snap and not ONE of them have even been taken by snap let alone bid on.

To me, that's proof enough. Even if ONE was picked up by snap at some point in history, that's still not enough for me to recommend snap as a good place to get .info domains.

SOMEONE is getting all the .info domains well before snap is.. my question is simply WHO.

A few for example....

bali.info
gem.info
caa.info

All pre-ordered, supposed to release Yesterday/Today. none secured by Snap or even able to be bid on by snap.

I have between 3 and 4 per day that I've back orderd going back months now... while I've been able to bid on other dot commons, I've not once seen snap get a .info

Come to think of it, I've not seen any aliens on the moon... I guess that means they exist as well, eh?

Grow up and learn a little diplomacy.

The only one that looks like an idiot is anyone that attacks without provocation and try to act like a know-it-all.

Apparently, you feel the need to establish yourself. Someone hurt your feelings today?

Most SANE people would explain themselves... not come across like a pompous jerk.

I must remember, perhaps you have a problem with english... maybe it's not your natural toungue.

Because if you COULD read, you would see the Question Marks in my posts.

If I look like anything, it's someone that asked a simple question only to be attacked by someone with an over inflated sense of themselves.

Are any of those .info domains yours? Enlighten me... how do you research on snap what WAS won and by whom?

You're the master of this thread... EVERYONE knows that now. Everyone is afraid to post anything for fear of your righteous wrath. God forbid someone have a legitimate question with you around to belittle them, attack them and berate them.

Just shut up and be cordial. YOU be the man and apologize for flying off the handle. Then, IF anyone takes you seriously, you might be of some use to myself and other people that would like to know where they can successfully locate and bid on some dropped domains.

If you can't be anything but annoying, then heed the words of the wise man that says...

"It's better the be quiet and thought a fool, then to open your mouth and remove all doubt."

must admit sneakers you come across as ott in the first instance.
maybe just a bad day?

i am interested in backordering too. just joined snapnames & apart from being the dullest site i have ever visited, trawled through unbelievable dross. i know they're dropped names & by very nature are not wanted or at best forgotten about.

they do have the odd gem. is it only the odd one?. it's just that if the .info's you listed are the best ones. they'll cost min. $60 & are not worth more than $120. personally would not pay anything for them. sure they were just examples tho.

in your honest opinion are snapnames best at dropcatching in the main at present or is that past glories. if so, who's better. just thinking of a one-off drop that i know is coming up.
appreciate a bit of advice from anyone as isn't really my area. hasn't really interested me in the past.
cheers, Predator

Note: snapnames does catch .info's

Now let's keep the thread on subject, without the name calling please!

Thanks

Hi

your assessments of domains as property are low.

you perceive the value, as what you think it's worth today.

no vision for the future.....as in "once i own it, i own it"!

as far as who's the better dropcatcher, you have to know the holding registrar

and .............

then you can figure who has the odds of catching.

finally, if you're thinking about a backordering a domain, best to do research and keep it to yourself!

the more people who know about it.....usually the bids will be higher.

In my opinion, the more places you place a backorder the better your chances are, regardless of the holding registrar. You just never know who might catch what.
