That's a hard one since many consider torrents illegal (even though they aren't - it's the content that might be illegal (most people don't realize but many online games such as World of Warcraft uses their own torrent client for updates)). Maybe monetize on file transfers, online data backups, FTP, MP3 downloads, online movies, etc.?

Yea for sure sticky subject matter. I just hate to let 6000 uniques a month goto waste!
I am going to keep experimenting with parking in the meantime but so far no luck.

I think parking torrent related domains won't bring in much at all, people looking for torrents are typically already web savvy and won't click on ads. Plus many users will search for torrents though their torrent client and not go to sites.

You may want to considering tossing a site up - maybe even WP with a nice template. Throw in some adsense, 6000 viewers (200 a day) is a very nice amount of starting traffic. I'm assuming this used to be an old site? See if you can see where the traffic is coming from.

Yea i am pretty sure parking will be a complete bust as I agree with what you said about savvy users. I know i navigate away from parked pages immediatly. It's an old torrent site. So i guess i would have to put up a torrent site to completely capitalize on the traffic. Do you know of any issues with adsense on torrents sites?

Unless you are suggesting a different subject matter?

Thanks for you help on this one dragger.

Like I said, torrents are not illegal, it's what people use them for and the content that may be. IMO there shouldn't be an issue with torrent related content if you stick to the legal side (and yes, there are *many* legal uses for torrents - I use them often for things like large packages of free templates, add-ons for WP and JM, etc..
