I'll a newbie, recently bought a few generics, lately read that even generics can be WIPOed. :greenno:

What can i do to protect my generics, currently, i'm parking them, and i read that parking might not be a good idea.

How about applying for a trademark for my domain in my country, or setup an LLC and place the domain under that LLC using the same name?

And if someone tell me my dictionary generic is infringing upon his trademark, what should i do? Ignore him?

Welcome any precious advice, thanks. :)
