.ht domains-best registrar?

Experienced domain buyer but never purchased an .ht domain until today. Can anyone recommend a high quality, stable registar for .ht Haiti domains? I'm a citizen of the USA if that matters.

The only registrar I can think of for registering your .ht is Instra Corporation (http://www.instra.com).
