closed Hubrich.com - German surname

Please appraise Hubrich.com

I picked this up a few days ago on a drop and have just had an offer of US$150 from Germany.

It is a German surname with 6,140 results on Google.

I see there are two main uses for surnames:

1) vanity web and e-mail, for which a person will probably pay no more than US$100 to US$200, however popular the surname is.

2) businesses where the surname is the name of the business, and the potential is obviously much higher.

Please appraise this for end user and not reseller.
