For Sale Hypothetical question – Development partnership

This is to all the developers out there. Let’s say I have a few names that I would like to develop beyond my capabilities. I can do simple stuff and would most likely be able to maintain whatever infrastructure is built, but the full blown stuff is a little out of my league

The ideas I have in mind are sites that would have some content but would mostly be paid directory type sites (1 .com that is not a category killer but is very “niche” and another .ca that I would consider a category killer).

What would be an appropriate arrangement be?

I have no idea how this would work, but if I see something I like I’d be willing to do business
