English teacher in Japan, expecting her boyfriend to later join her to teach English, found murdered, naked, and stuffed in a bathtub outside filled with sand. The Police were chasing the suspect, Japanese, but were unable to catch him. The suspect had NO SHOES on when he successfully fled from the police.
The father of the victim came to Japan with the victim's fiance for a news conference. The Japanese news reporter gave the news and cried while asking people to help find the murderer.
