Persay you built an online game.. Very Large Market
over 1500 members inside 7 days.. Using word of mouth and widgets that each player gets in thier profile they can paste thier widgets in thier myspace profile. The myspace profile for the site has been added steadily by celebritys (Music industry) and it's averaging 300 or so new members daily with over 50,000 to 80,000 page views per day.. Earnings in 7 days are over 350.00 USD

What's a site like this worth in such early stages?

I don't want to post the url in case I decide I don't want to sell this but I'm looking for ball park figures and perhaps similar cases people may or may not have had. Personally not a single site I ever built has been this successful so fast.

As a general rule of thumb, I have found that websites standing on one leg of content, generally sale for anywhere from 6 - 12 months annual income. Sites with a solid content or ecommerce foundation, seems to sell for anywhere from 1 - 3 years annual income.

Yes I would agree to that only the game is based on hip hop society and what not. I don't think it's going anywhere soon. Plus it's a generic dictionary word (Not .com / net / or /org)

A really good way to find out true market value of a site, is put it up for sale somewhere with a really high reserve [one the far exceeds your expectations], and start bidding really low. I can PM you with a good forum for this.
