I am offering a fixed price of $75 USD/site.
That being said, if your topic/niche has very little or no information available online/offline. Then I am bound to invest more time in researching the topic, which leads me to charge you a little more than $75. Let me assure you that this happens in very rare cases. Hope this answers your question!
