I hate Club Drop!!!

I can't enter new bids? I must either decide that even if nobody else bids, I'll
just fork over $2,000 to Enom? I'm sitting here stressed out because I can't
increase my bid over the original 30 points.

Am I screwed?

You have to get "verified", read the help!
Then You can bid more then $200

Hey thanks for your help.

I checked out the verified bidder thing, but apparently I don't need
to be verified since I've already got a reseller account.

So, I'm just wondering.. My initial bid was 30 points. The current
highest bid is 40 points. I don't see anywhere that I submit a new
bid in order to win the name.

Am I not allowed to bid again after the initial bid?

Let's say asdf.com is dropping tomorrow, and I put it in my list with
the required bid of 30 points. Then tomorrow I look to see the status,
and someone has a high bid of 50 points. Does that mean there's no
way I can get the name? Is my bid stuck at 30?

Is this blind bidding?

You still need to be verifeid, it dosen`t count if You have reseller account.
If you have not sent fax to them, You can`t bid more then $200 total.

I have sent the fax. Did it 2 years ago. Maybe the rules were different then.
But, I guess my question still is unanswered. I'm not having a problem with
bidding over $200. I'm having a problem with bidding more than $30.

How do I bid again, like in a regular auction where people bid against eachother.

Your total bids sum is more then $200!!!
Lets say You have already next days domains in place, maybe 6 domains all with bid $30, then You have $180 together already and You can`t bid more then $20 anymore! This Fax thing is new, maybe few month`s old.

Have you tried clicking on the domain names in your auction list to bid?

It's not true for everyone. If you got your reseller account directly from eNom (and not through some other reseller) you may not need to be verified. I never had to.

Yes, my understanding is ETP accounts don't need to be verified. An ETP account is a direct account you get from eNom themselves by depositing a fixed sum with them. By definition, ETPs are resellers just like resellers under this ETP(s), so maybe the confusion.

The reason eNom clamped down on the need to verify was because of the massive shilling and no-show payment that affected Club Drop in the past.

If you love Club drop, you must be able to bid more than once!

Can someone please tell me how I'm supposed to bid on the domain more than once??? I'm stuck at $30. This is the only auction I've ever participated in.
I have a reseller account that was verified a long time ago with fax and a deposit.

I put the name in my list with required bid of $30. Name dropped, and then
I got an email saying the name was successfully acquired by Enom, and was
in auction.

"Dear Club Drop Customer:

The below domain names were successfully picked up by eNom's Club Drop and are currently in either a private or public auction. You may place bids on any of these domains by logging into your account and visiting the Club Drop area."

Why do I see no place to increase my bid??! Current high bid is $40.

PLEASE help me.

go to 'view auctions"

then scroll down list to you get to the domain you want to bid on.
click the domain, then place your bid.

I can't click on it. It has no link. All the other domains do though.

I just got an email from support saying I have to get verified with fax.
They did not mention the fact that I have a reseller account that
was already verified or anything, so maybe they just didn't read my email.

I'm going to go ahead and do it for the future, but it's too bad
I lost a very important domain to this.
