Wanted: Website I have $10K budget for domains and websites

I have $10K to spend on revenue earning domains. These can be parked domains, adsense websites, or other revenue earners that require little work. Please PM me details of what you have for sale, but please note the following before doing so...

1. I can only pay 6-12 months revenue. This will be based on my own formula. For example, I won't pay 12 months revenue for a domain that has been parked for one month.

2. I won't pay extra because it's a good name. I'm not looking for good names, I'm only looking for and paying for domains/websites based on revenue.

3. The maximum I will pay for any one domain is $1500.

4. Let me know monthly traffic and revenue and price you're asking. Also over what period is traffic and revenue based.

5. I'll let you know right away if I'm interested and can transfer the money the same day.

If I may, just trying to save you from heartache.

The fact you will only pay 6-12 months puts you in one of two categories.

1) Getting ripped off by scammers, pump and dump, you will lose your money and time.
2) TM names and even good tm names get more than 6-12 months.

Under no circumstance in the world do I see anyone legit ( keyword legit ) selling name ( even a cctld ) that is not a tm or a scam, for 6-12 months.


If youd like I can do a 1 2 3 on what type of names are worth what based on both the name itself and revenue multiples.

Advice much appreciated. I'm aware of scammers, so will see what happens and let you know. I will be extra careful.
