I was checking my stats on Sedo and noticed I had nearly 2000 views for a certain domain for the month. This was very odd because I average only around 20 views per month for each of my other domains. So a domain getting 2000 definitely stuck out.

After investigating, I saw that from December 16th to today December December 29th , I've been averaging around 150 views per day for this domain. I have zero back links. I've had this domain for a few years. Honestly I forgot I had it. I'm just wondering why it would get this surge of traffic all of a sudden.

ukuleleforums.com is the domain . I am not advertising this domain. I don't even have it listed for sale in the for sale forum. I'm just posting the name so that someone might be able to find out why I'm getting this sudden traffic. I mean, unless I'm missing something, I haven't noticed a growing interest in ukulele's lately. If I am not allowed to post the name of the domain, please just edit my post or ask me to edit it. Don't lock this post.

Why is it showing that stuff?

I made a forum out of the domain YEARS ago. But I also deleted the forum YEARS ago due to not working on it and it was overrun by bots. Could those links be from bot posts? But why link to my domain? Wouldn't they want to link out? It just doesn't make sense.

Maybe you should consider turning it into a ukulele forum. I noticed UkuleleUnderground.com is a forum and gets around 12k uniques a month according to Compete ;) Apparently the ukulele is far more popular than any of us could have imagined.
