I have to agree with this, jorge. It looks good. I don't understand why the domain is in Spanish, but the website is in English.
hello pertosda can you help me and how much would you charge for that???? thanks for the imputYou should be adding pretty URLs as soon as possible for all searches, instead of these:
http: //www .casasbaratas.com/usa/?s=sale+%26+Alabama&search=search&srch_type=sale&srch_area=&srch_bedrooms=&srch_bathroom=&srch_price=&srch_location=Alabama&srch_keyword=
hey doc thanks for your imput!!! i will do a mobile version for this thanks for the imput , also can you partner up someone to me that can help me 'alternate language button on the welcome page'??I have to agree with this, jorge.
You need a VERY PROMINENT alternate language button on the welcome page.

And you need a MOBILE FRIENDLY version of this. I just looked at it on my android phone. The entire site is showing and not that easy to navigate.
Your audience is going to be Hispanic (desperately need the Spanish alternative) and likely on the move and ALWAYS have their phones with them (MUST HAVE MOBILE VERSION!)
For Mobile, keep it simple search mode utilizing zip code OR city name.
If the site is done as a Joomla or WordPress or Drupal install, these are easily corrected by adding modules.hello pertosda can you help me and how much would you charge for that???? thanks for the imput

Getting a script to run a Google translation is not a big issue (I just don't know much about installing or where to install thee script).
Casas BaratasI cant spell it despite the fact I went through it 3 times. Choose another domain.
My 3 attempt of spelling it:
Casasbataras
Casabatara
Casaparata

hello petosda all my content i created!!! check it out now!! thanksChoose another domain? You must be kidding. It's spanish, meaning "Cheap Houses" in the dot com. It's a wonderful name.
@bigboydog_0 as stated before, I would get the whole site translated to spanish, I dont see the point in keeping an english version. Also, it might be a good idea to focus in just one country (to start) so you can adapt your strategy to them. Maybe Spain?
Where do you get the content from?
