Why are you in debt 40k?

Sell your domains, better off than being in debt 40k.

Well don't sweat it too much batman...it costs to live. Eventually it all adds up, but the key is to limit the spending before you get deeper in the hole. 40k isn't too bad when ya think about it though.

:)
It is the 2nd time to see prosper.com ,
I think it is a good idea /innovation.

My question is:is there any site that provide similar service for to a fundraising person/company and the lender will be the investor there.

I think this is very interesting and innovative ,which will take place of part of function of modern finance market.

Don't see why you couldn't use prosper for fundraising...a loan is a loan. Companies look for lower interest rate funds all the time. It's a great P2P lending concept. The person that founded e-loan is the one that started prosper. Amazing, Amazing concept for someone looking for a lower interest rate loan.

I'm in China, and I do sign up just now,but seems I have no ssn,so no use for me,right?

And accurately I mean: We can have virutual share exchange and virtual IPO instead of NYSE and NASDAQ.

Yeah, it's a brilliant idea! People with extra funds can loan and make a higher ROI, while people looking for funds can get loans at a lower rate. P2P lending at its best. I got in when it first started and have seen more and more people joining every day. It's unbelievable!

Yeah, you have to be a us citizen. In case you don't pay then you get sent to a collections agency...just like a credit card company.
