I don't know where I should post this but I need educating.
I'm slowly building up my portfolio (50 domains) and putting it on parking sites, and I am now moving them to parkingsite.com.

I'm doing okay, but I seriously want to supplement my income through parking.

What I am currently doing is the following. I've written some linux scripts to search for link popularity and alexa stats for domains. I then get lists of domains that are expiring and run them through the scripts. So far I've only really been doing this at pool on the domains on the marketplace and trying not to pay more than $8 for them.

I've just signed up at enom to start looking at the club drop lists.

What I want to know is what is the best way to go?
How do you guys get your domains?
If you register new domains how are you driving traffic to them?
How do you manage 100's/1000's of domains?

I want to make an income through this and think I might need a few pointers.

Thanks in advance,

bonnag

picking names up off drops with links is a start.

typos are good for ppc if the content matches the domain names

keywords get you there seo keep's you there
