My domain kawing.net has been transfered to Dreamhost two years ago. Problem is that Dreamhost have use privacy for whois and I have been emailing them to remove it. There is no option for me to do that in the control panel. I have also tried to email Dreamhost requesting to have the name transafer away to enom. Right now, the issue is that Dreamhost isn't responding to my email and I am not getting the transfer away verification email to approve my request.

What can I do? Anyone have gone through the same issue before?

Thanks.

Regards,

Kawing

I hate asking the obvious: did you call them?

Nevermind, I figured it out already. In the registration -> Modify Whois, they have the "Use DreamHost's free WHOIS privacy service" by default. I have unselected it.
