rethink what you said about starting from scratch...and do it. I'm a marketing/promotion background person and if you read what you wrote he doesnt even know the domain market but believes in you... why would you send him somewhere to research this industry, take the time to put together a package and present it to him yourself... start from scratch

sorry but im just being honest. if you need more help you can pm me remember you said he believes in you and wants to invest in you...make it short, sweet and no begging or sweating LOL

goodluck :)

I'd start by not trying to "catch" him, which to me sound a lot like something else, but rather educate him. If he's got half a wit, the light will go on. I can explain the basic concept of domaining in about 15 minutes without getting into too much detail, going over one's head, or boring them to death. The ones who listen, and if this guy is a potential investor he's listening, they understand it, and how...

I'm too annoyed to start explaining stuff from the scratch, nether i have patience for that (as it takes years to learn, no?)

From an investors standpoint I would be cautious investing in someone who has the attitude above. Take this however you like but if somebody is willing to invest in you then you need to show patience and start from scratch explaining your business plan in detail. I'm sure the investor would look the other way if he knew you felt too annoyed to explain the business to him.

Have some patience - a couple hours or a couple days - can mean a lot of capital to help you build your dream.
