I never had any problems with Escrow support, even when a buyer foolishly claimed - after I transferred the domain to his Enom account - that they were not aware of such thing as "annual renewal fees" (they thought that by paying me for the change of "ownership" they would not have to pay annual renewal fees, EVER again).

However, it's evident that in your situation Escrow fails to acknowledge that their system is not bulletproof. Perhaps your sole remedy would be to reverse the charges through Paypal's card funding source (your Bank?) and lose your Paypal account in the process.

I suggest you contact Brandon Abbey, who is the head honcho of escrow.com. I don't know the situation, but if it can be resolved, he's the guy to do it quickly.

I will PM you his address.

This sux.
I will only use Sedo from now on - I think they have their own accounts at the different registrars so the seller has to give the name to THEM before he gets the money.

You don't tell us whether you contacted the persons that were recommended to you, escalating the support ticket.

No problem. Happy it was resolved. Escrow.com is trying their best to resolve situations. Hopefully, it's a long term trend.
