Jay -
Look at the recent laws. If you are not "Robert Ryan", you don't have
rights to the name if it is contested. We will go directly to ICANN, take
it from you and can file a lawsuit for costs. We WILL pursue this to the
fullest extent of the law. The question you have to ask is, is it worth it
for you?
PLEASE CONSULT AN ATTORNEY.
Further, Robert Ryan does not have to be a register TM with the Federal
government to be given common law trademark rights.
Please allow us to do this swiftly. I will send a transfer request upon
your reply.
Regards,
Michael
