[email protected] just emailed me wanting one of my domains. Here is how it starts:

--------
"I'd pay $100 for this domain if you want to sell it. Just want to make a blog critical of the King of Thailand who is basically the only person this law is relevant for (not a big internet marketing opportunity - low value domain imo).

-William
---------

After a few exchanges pretty normal exchanges, this is the last thing I wrote to him:

"Thanks! But I’ve received higher offers in the past for the name in the past. 1K is right where I need to be to sell. If you change your mind please let me know.

----------

He ends with this:

"ur a f**king douche bag"

----------

Apparently, William thinks I'm a "douche bag" because I don't want to sell him my domain for 100$.

So, I wanted to takes a few moments to prove William right and make sure he's knows for 100% fact that I am, in fact, a d-bag.

[email protected] is his email address, and I'm posting it here in full hopes that if you ever get an inquiry from this "train wreck" of a person, you'll know exactly who you are dealing with and exactly what tact you need to take with him.

Also, if you ever see the Zujo.com brand come up for monetization, you'll think twice before entrusting anything to this company.

haha. I've found his full name:

William Dean

I've done one even better, I've sent him the link to this thread along with explaining to him that being a bad person gets bad results.

He will either apologize or make it worse. In the case he makes it worse I'll just post back here. It's entertaining!

You wasted my time with a bunch of melodrama and insulting my domain that you conveniently left out, and then didn't budge $1 from your asking price. You are, in my humble opinion, a douche bag.

Regards,

William

You're an ass. Why don't you post the link to my other businesses and promote them too.

You need to apologize for your words. They wouldn't be tolerated on this forum or anywhere else, so it won't be tolerated over email.

My ebook, which is now currently in print (thank you very much) has been advertised and written about in Dnjournal, Moderndomainer, and a multitude of other publications. I was just convered by tech crunch for the company I've sold, and I hold a very nice portfolio.

I've proven my successes, what exactly have you done other than being rude?

You can stand by your comments, it just makes you look like a fool.

I don't think I've come across a bigger spaz my entire life

Mr. Dean,

Good luck with scrubbing the internet and all the SEO I’m currently doing on you.

Maybe next time you’ll screw with someone who doesn’t understand the Internet! LOL.

I’m going to nail you to the wall!!! And it’s going to be awesome fun!!! And I’m going to use your own words to make you look like the horrible person you are.

This is what you get for being an ass to people you do not know. And on a Sunday? Seriously??? You need to go to church.

Next time you’ll realize that the stranger you’re emailing just might have the possibility of being crazier than you are……

I did not intend to insult you and the fact that I offered you more than 10 times what you paid for the domain in 2009 when you hand regged it, I personally would take as a compliment.

I don't know anything about your inventory and can't speak to its quality, or lack thereof.

If you want to sell this domain, let me know. My budget is small as I'm sure there is lots of similar stuff available to be hand regged and I'm just going to create an unmonetized blog.

Z and J that in a 4 letter domain that makes no sense…if you turned down 12K then you’re the one who doesn’t know what you’re doing. These are going in the 200$ range right now in regards to wholesale…..Check DNF.com.

And since you knew I was a Domainer, how come you sent me an insulting email to begin with? That’s not very nice or casual, is it? I know you would certainly not enjoy waking up and receiving an email where a person is basically calling your inventory crap. How would you take it? At the very least you can inquire w/o trying to offend me or be rude. I’ve done nothing to you.

If you want the domain then I suggest you apologize and we can start over. I’m a regular person, just like you.

Regards,

Sean

Figured from your domain you knew what you were doing, I guess not. Pronounceable cvcv.com worth $1k+ minimum. I turned down $12k for this domain...

Anyway, $1025 is too much but if you want to sell that domain, let me know.

I actually read Sean's ebook a couple of years ago and it's full of information that had I known when I first started oh so long ago, I would have been Frank Schilling today.

PokerPie, time to read this.

I was actually going to post him a link to Michael's blog post because I think it fits to a T. I have something he wants, I won't give it away for 100$, so now he has to reduce himself to hurling insults.

I think it shows that he's not used to getting what he wants. Me, and most other people on this forum, work for a living so we don't have to hurl insults at people when we don't get what we want....

Then you don't get out much. I would suggest you leave your computer sometime. There's normal people just like me, walking around outside. Pretty cool, huh??? :)

I would like to point out, William Dean, that my ebook is also used by a number of the parking company's in this space, along with a number of registrars for their training material of new hires.

DomainGraduate has also been sold on this very forum, by Adam himself. And it comes highly recommended, as you can see, but other in this space.

The company that I founded and owned with my biz partner a few years, DNS.com, was just sold to Comodo.com in deal that was covered by TechCrunch.

DomainGraduate is also going to print, and I have a proof copy right here with me........

I've also spoken all over the world at different conferences, Traffic Down Under, DRT, Traffic, and I always use my book as the base subject.

So, if you think it's a scam...maybe you should elaborate as to why? And then you can post a link to YOUR book here along with all of your successes and then we can compare who the person is who actually knows what they are doing.....

(Hint -- It's NOT the guy who is cussing out perfect strangers because of a domain name.)

Yep. And I'm glad I got him to respond. Now everyone now knows what's type of person he is when they go to do business with him. I didn't figure he would bite, but now that he has I'm glad that he's identified himself.

Because he won't sell a domain for $100 he's a douchebag? Maybe you're a cheapskate lowballer then. The moment you let emotions control your business inquiry you've lost its outcome.

Because he responded to my sincere offer with an insult
Because he then demanded an apology and then didn't budge on his price
Because he made this thread
Because he keeps sending me retarded threatening emails
Because he keeps giving his resume as if it matters

Uh no...I've stopped communication with emails and no, they are not threats.

I said I was going to get this indexed into the search engines so people would see what type of person you are.

I've done just that. I've not called you names and I've not threatened you. Please feel free to post any and all of the emails I've sent you. Let's get the facts straight.
