But I want to reserve. As a reseller.
I want to reserve a total of 1 million domains like I buy a reseller package at a very cheap price. Then sell them on my future web site.
And my potential customers to record what they want each domain name....
What is the best reseller package in the world ?

You can't. The base / Registry price is $7.85 for .com domains.
