Hi guys,
I have one of my name with a brazilian registarar and have some technical issues with their domain panel and can't transfer the name out. I've created a support ticket with them troday and just got the following responce.
O Chamado nÐmero 30056 foi respondido.
UsuÐrio: my email
Assunto: ******.com
Atendente: support_pool

It looks like it is just a general responce for me where they are saying "Your tisket has been received, wait for the assistance..."
Can anyone translate and confirm?
