I'm Considering Selling Others' Domains.. Experience? Advice?

I've had fairly good results selling my own domains through direct e-mail, and am thinking about offering to broker others' domains for a percentage of the sale.

Has anyone done something similar? What are some possible pitfalls in this idea? Has anyone had some success doing this for others?
