A little over a week ago, I purchased two SnapBack subscriptions from CheapSnaps.com, but the order never processed. I did click "Continue" as instructed after making the payment through PayPal, but CheapSnaps.com's system claimed I had insufficient credits. I couldn't afford to wait, so I purchased the same two SnapBack subscriptions from DomainSnaps.com, but the second SnapBack subscription never processed. DomainSnaps.com's system allows you to place more than one SnapBack subscription per order but only seems to process the first SnapBack subscription. I couldn't afford to wait, so I placed a second order for the second SnapBack subscription which means I was charged twice for the second SnapBack subscription. I basically ended up purchasing two SnapBack subscriptions for the price of five. I sent an e-mail to each service's support.

That was a little over a week ago, and I still haven't received a response. I'm sick and tired of nothing working correctly, but what's worse is when you can't get a hold of support. What the hell am I supposed to do?

I had the opposite problem. TRIED to pay Snaps.com for renewals and they wouldn't take the money! No one would sign into their PayPal account to claim their payments. Support told me they didn't have access to their own account! Support at internet companies is truly a travesty. It has really gotten on my nerves the past few months as well. There are several companies I will never use again because of it.

I will say for DomainSnaps.com that they have been working like a charm for me lately. Just did a PayPal renewal there today with no problem (and at $6.95 per renewal they have the best price as well). I have even been able to talk to a LIVE support person on the site more than once.

Does DomainSnaps.com take PayPal for snaps or just renewals?

If they do, I might switch to them eventually instead of snaps.com :).

Don't you own CheapSnaps now?

Also, I just exchanged one of the SnapBack subscriptions and received the following message:

Sorry,Your order is failed. It's maybe because you have input invalid domain name or the domain name you input is not available. Please try again.

The thing is, it looks like it worked anyway because the SnapBack subscription is now taken and the "Exchanges Left" counter was decremented by one.

Toasty,

That happens all of the time with DomainSnaps. After doing the
exchange. Wait a couple minutes. The exchange may show up in the acct.
