I'm stumped -- where is this traffic coming from?

I've had this domain for 6 years, and over time it's had some typeins, but nothing major. No sign of a pre-existing website, no referrer links, no good search engine listings, PageRank is 0.

I decided to look what's happening via Adsense URL Channels for 22 days, and got the result below. Obviously good traffic (good CTR rate).

Anyone have a clue why this domain is doing well??

Something similar happend for me a while a go..

I have ringtone affiliate site that i dont maintain anymore but I kept in on the server.
I don't do ANY advertising whats so ever... It's a xxxx-xxxx.info .. And this just happend Check the stats:

is it possible it got bookmarked on one of the social sites like stumbledupon?

there are always hoards of newbies there looking to tag anything that moves.

noticed on one of my blogs about 3 months ago that a decent link to stumble could take it from an average 8 uniques to 400+ for a day or even 2.

But I'm assuming that would result on a clue in the referrer string. Nearly all of the referrers are blank.

reason i ask is because it seems all your links (sites) on hollywoodprofile all have the same template......

It's a nice domain anyway, makes me think of celebrity type news, profiles, etc. Some search engine may have picked it up, or it's similar to some domain for a new site. hope it keeps up for you!
