It's the only one and if it's expensive there, it's going to be more expensive elsewhere since they are the registrar. Other companies will have to tack on some fees to make anything. Cheers.

not always take a look at godaddy and dotsters prices compared to some of the registrars prices

be careful, ive heard a few cases where the isle of man government has been confiscating people's .im domains without any reason or warning.

Registered insurance.im within the first day of opening, received a confirmation 'registered' mail from Domicilium, then a couple of days later it was withdrawn.

Does mention that some names might get 'referred', but this one clearly wasn't. It was then registered by someone else. I'll guess it will get withdrawn from them too, and then will show free for someone else to register.

I'm in email correspondence with the registry to work it out, particularly as there was no mention of refund!

The prices are really high, and with other reports liek confiscation, I dont see a very bright future for this TLD. Its certainly not going the .tv route in my opinion.
