Image Issues?

What's gooing on with the image referencing for the header? I tried a straight upload from my PC and the image wouldn't appear and I also linked a URL image ref. and it still would show....is something up with their servers?

I had that issue so many times. It seemed like for the first hour or so my image would not show up. And then it would work without me doing anything to it. I don't know what is up with the delay though.

This happened to me recently when I updated my header. A simple call to reseller support fixed it in half an hour. 480-505-8857 or [email protected]

Just an update, it seems that it is just a temporary glitch and it does resolve shortly after upload. I did however contact support and they responded very quickly. Thanks for the replies.
