Is IM used in it as some kind of abbreviation, like "InstantMessaging"?
If not, it makes no sense in german. You can´t use the german determiner "im" in conjunction with "Deutschland", correct translation for this would be "In Deutschland" - "In Germany".

Undeveloped - i would say reg fee, i´m sorry

and by the way this is not an IDN ;-)
