I don't agree with the reg fee appraisals.

it is a legitimate word and immunisation program is a huge reason why our kids are not dying young. All the new parents are going to look up immunisations on the internet when they have their newborns.

Due to being a .net , I would appraise it around $1000 USD

I agree, this domain is worth more than regfee, in fact there is huge demand for immunisation clinics (paediatrics, travel, older age high risk) here in the UK. Value, difficult to say, but I certainly wouldn't rule out a figure of $1000 to an end-user. Gamefinest, with all due respect you seem to come on here frequently and value at reg fee but I haven't seen you come up with any good domains and your trader rating would suggest you don't trade in domains either so why shoot people down so regularly?
