Hello;

Yesterday, I saw a notice on SWITCH homepage (NIC.CH)

Information page for .li domain names

With effect as of 14 February 2013, SWITCH will discontinue its direct customer business for .li domain names. New domain names ending in .li can therefore now only be registered via the 60 or so Partners recognised by SWITCH. You can have your existing .li domain name administered by SWITCH up until 13 February 2013 and then transfer it to a Partner.

Thank you for your contacting Name.com.

Thank you for providing the link, at this time from what I can gather is your domains will need to be transferred over to switchplus, by 02/14/2013. You can do so by following the instructions on the link you sent, and using these instructions to transfer your domain away from name.com:

1. Log into your Name.com Account.
2. Click on 'Account' at the top of the page.
3. Click on the domain you wish to transfer (this will take you to another page).
4. Click on the padlock to unlock it (the padlock will be open when it is unlocked).
5. Disable the whois privacy on the domain, if applicable by clicking the 'disabled' radial next to Whois Privacy
6. Copy and paste your authorization code from the bottom of the information page.
7. Initiate the transfer for your new registrar.

If you do not transfer your domains before this date, according the posting, these domains will automatically be transferred over free of charge on 02/14/2013. You will receive an e-mail from switchplus at this time telling you how to access your new account.

In either case you will not lose your domains, you will simply need to login to your switch account to manage your .li domains instead of using name.com to do so.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us.

Regards,
