Is their a way to find out how many, and what domains a person owns? Thanks for your help

You can always ask them. Most of us list them on a selling site.

if you have an exody account, you can run a DNS nameserver search. It will list all the domains on a specific DNS server. For example, simple Ultimate Search (Yun Ye) keeps all his domains on one specific DNS server, its easy to find out what names he owns.

or you can get a Dialog.com account, if you have more money than Bill Gates.
