Ok, today I pm'ed ImpactAdmin about an issue and it was taken cared of ever so quickly. I have to say I have noticed an increase focus on DNF on issues and services as staff grows... are there still changes needed?... yes.... but we should really give "props" to the changes that have been made in the past year/years.
