In need of a template

I am looking for a single page template to use across several different domain names for lead generation purposes. It would need to be easily modified (text and images etc.) and have space to display a form. I'm not sure if I would be better off using wordpress with a custom template, or just a basic html design. I can handle the modifications, image replacement etc. I'm just not good with the actual page design.

Feel free to pm details such as cost, and any sample sites you may have created as a reference. I need this last week, doesn't everyone
