Like them both but lean towards .co.in which has already produced sales for me just over $xxx,xxx. Have over 200 premium .co.in/.in still in my portfolio.
I like .in (of course, not as much as .com/.net/.org/.us) because there are a lot more domains available because it is new, and because I live in the state of Indiana, which the abbreviation for it is IN.
.IN going to need time in order to be widely accepted. Would appear that it has a future particularly if development begins/continues. I reg'd a few based somewhat on the fact that a good many Indians speak English. NewDelhiTravel.in I developed with some travel booking functions. It's a start.
