Incorporating in Canada

Hi. I was wondering if anybody knows of any good resources on incorporating a domain business. Preferably a resource specifically pertaining to incorporating in Canada. I am referring to a business that includes buying and reselling domains and not a domain registrar. That would be the only aspect of my business if I incorporated. I found some resources on incorporating, but I am looking for opinions/resources on incorporating this specific type of business.

If I am going to incorporate, would it be better to incorporate federally or provincially if I live in New Brunswick?

If you have incorporated a domaining business, could you tell me what you found to be some of the main pros and cons of incorporating? Also, at what stage should a domainer incorporate? Would you recommend that domainers incorporate as soon as they start buying/selling domains, or wait until they are sure that they will be staying in this business, or should they wait until they have been in the business for a while and have earned significant revenue?

Incorporate federally so you're protected across all provinces.

You should probably know why you're incorporating if you're thinking about it. There are probably tax benefits, ie. declaring a domain sale as company income rather than personal income, etc.

Don't bother incorporating unless your earning enough, $30k+ /year in my opinion (not a lawyer).
