Yes.
In theory.
I tried that with some netsol names a while ago that had OVBIOUS bogus details like cities that dont exist, netsol placeholder admin emails, 0000 phone and more.
All premium .com names, like 4 or 5.
Reported them to internic and netsol.
Nuffin happened.
Talked to a high level guy at netsol.Got answers like "what is that your business" and worse. It was VERY clear at that moment Netsol did *NOT* want to delete those names for some reason.Called em up several times during the following months, as still nothing happened and insisted on the deletion.
No change for like 2 other months.
Then suddenly from one day to another on all reported names the whois had changed and they *all* had an expiry date of 2007 or even 2011 now whereas before they all had different expiry dates like 2003,2004 etc.
I just figured something very fishy had going on (prolly either VS selling those names under the table or the employee variation) but that i would never be able to prove it and that VS does what they want anyway so i gave up.
