InformationTechnology.net is a worthwhile name both in terms of development and for aftermarket. As such, it's probably in the range of $2-3K given the currently depressed economic environment.

It's easier to read and get more attention when writting InformationTechnology.net than INFORMATIONTECHNOLOGY.NET.

when people see this, INFORMATIONTECHNOLOGY.NET, they will skip it immediately.

the more people look at your domain, the more likely you'll get a sale.
