Wanted: Service Integrate Paypal and Banking System into vplaza

I was wondering if anyone new how to or of an easy few php files or scritp or something to create the same banking system/buy points system that dnfroum.com uses and or namepros.com. (namepros.com uses ushop)

Just wondering, would be willing to pay someone.
