It shows exactly what we have been talking about ..the RISE of ccTLDs

http://www.dnforum.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=8841&highlight=rise+AND+cctlds

You make this too easy (cut/pasted for your preview):

.info .biz and .us analysis
3 months have passed since I last graphed the size of the namespace using pages found in Google.

.info now has more pages indexed than .fi .nz and .be

.us has passed .br and .ch

and .biz has shown 45% growth and is just outside the top 26.

The rise of "good" ccTLD's is more like it... I'm glad to see that Dot US passed .br and .ch. Hopefully that will stay the same. Neustar is going to have a decision come 4/30/03

Government Agencies: Register Reserved .US Names Now!
The United States Department of Commerce (DOC) and NeuStar invite your agency to register .US domain name(s) that were specifically reserved for federal, state and local government agencies several months ago. Click on the link below that best describes your agency, and follow the instructions for registering your reserved .US names.

Although the original deadlines for federal, state and local agencies to claim .US names have passed, NeuStar is currently offering a grace period until April 30, 2003 to accommodate government officials' requests and to work through logistical issues. Government agencies are urged to finalize their choice of .US names as soon as possible, as this grace period is of limited duration.

________

Keep one thing in mind Bid. I'm not against Dot US. I'm just keeping things factual. My stance has always been that "Top Tier" dot US names will do well (cities, events, one-worders). Bikers.us type names! Your ConventionCenters.us unfortunately is not a good US name and even my own Juggle.us is a 2nd tier name.
