Is it possible to get paid by 2 parking companies? For example...you own a domain that is parked at sedo. You move you DNS servers to a different parking company. But you are still making parking revenue at both sites?

Its happened with me too, though I have no idea how it works. I had a very high traffic name that I'd parked at Parked, and later switched to ND. I would still get some 30-40 visitors/day at the Parked account, with a couple of clicks too.

ive seen strange things happen though not with parking. but i had a site once and i use statcounter on some of my sites to keep track of visitors. well i pulled the plug on this one site and deleted it from my host, but in my statcounter cp it was still getting a hit now and then. could never figure that one out.

It could happen where the change has not propogated through the net fully. Especially where a search engine does not update frequently, the parked page could have been indexed and is therefore still the page pointed to by the search engine. Anyone clicking that link would be taken to the old search page on the original parking site.

people have bookmarked the domain when it was parked...And when they try and open it from bookmarks they load the cache and click away...
