Interet picking up in domains?

Over the last 6-8 weeks, I have noticed that there has been quite a bit of interest in domain names.

I went pretty much all summer only making 4-5 sales. However, since the beginning of August, I have completed about 10 sales and get maybe 4-5 inquiries per week.

Most of the inquiries are for .NET and .ORG names.

Maybe it is time to raise the prices a little bit?

Anybody else seeing this trend?

As I posted in another thread Bob, the current issue of Home Business magazine has a cover story titled "From Dot-Bust to Dot-Boom?". They say statistics are showing a lot of renewed business creation and activity on the net. They think a major upswing has begun. Let's hope so!
