Presently, the focus is on Italian Cheeses. The thought of having cheese products named Parmesan, Gorgonzola, and feta produced in Wisconsin is a peccato mortale. But the real sacrilegio is those cheeseheads from Wisconsin are winning international awards for their products over the Parmesan made in Parma, the Gorgonzola made in Gorgon, and the feta made in, well...goats and sheep.

I can't imagine but I guess I would have to imagine since I won't be trying it.To be honest, Wisconsin feta is atrocious
