I have always believed the customer comes first in business, and the internet now allows for - the customer demands to be first.
GoDaddy retracted their support of SOPA.
Verison dropped their $2 payment fee.
All because of unified voices expressing their opinions publically.
I love this day and age, but I can only wonder, who is next?
Companies are now more aware of the landmines they create by taking questionable actions without considering their customers opinions first.
