Constructive criticism:

Lose the horizontal scrolling and get rid of the frames.

Increase the font sizes. This old fart has to strain to see it. Ditto for the banner. Most people are using much higher resolution nowadays than 1024x768.

On the plus side, there is something to be said for simple.

And most importantly - some nice names in there!
