So I was looking at an iPad mini in a store today.
It was one of the black ones.
I turned the thing over and I noticed that the back of it had visible signs of wear!
Right where the curve meets that flat back, the black coating had worn almost through to the silver metal underneath.
I was really quite shocked. I pointed it out to the sales guy and he was also surprised.
He said that he had one at home and it didn't show signs of wear and that maybe it was because it was handled to much.
But really, is it handled to much? Maybe it had a 'months' worth of handling because everyone is picking it up.
Has anyone else seen something like this?
I should have taken some pictures. I might go back to the store and take some.
I've googled it, but I can't see any other reports.
DB.
